CONVENIENCE FEE

A total convenience fee of $2.00 will automatically be added to your reservation for the use of this online service.

FINAL CONFIRMATION POLICY

Tour reservation requests will not be confirmed until registration has closed and your payment has been processed. All payments by check, money order or traveler's check must be received by PRA within 10 days of placing your reservation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Each tour must have a minimum number of participants to operate. PRA Reserves the right to cancel any tour that does not meet minimum registration requirements by November 15, 2011. If this happens, a full refund will be given. All individual requests for refunds must be made by November 15, 2011. No refunds will be given after that date.

In the event participants cancel with or without cause prior to the cancellation date, a full refund will be given.

In the event any or all of the tours are canceled because of reasons beyond parties' control, neither party shall incur any liability or obligation, and PRA Destination Management shall refund all deposits to participants.

LIABILITY

Neither PRA Destination Management nor Your Company Name Optional Activities is responsible for lost or damaged articles, traffic delays, accidents, strikes, riots, governmental action or regulation, acts of God, or other causes over which the parties have no control.

By signing up, guest represents that I (and/or my children) am (are) in proper physical condition to participate in all requested activities and waive all claims for myself, my heirs, and assigns against PRA Destination Management, Your Company Name Optional Activities, and all event sponsors and their representatives, successors, and assigns for any injury or illness which may result from my (or my children's) participation.

SUBSTITUTIONS

PRA Destination Management reserves the right to make comparable substitutions if circumstances beyond their control necessitate a change in any element of the program as stated.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

You may register and purchase tickets on a space-available basis only at the [Hospitality Desk Location], but you are encouraged to register early to ensure the success of the tours. See time and date information below.

TICKETS

Tour tickets will not be mailed in advance. They can be picked up in the [Hospitality Desk Location] during the following hours:
